Needed much relief for upper backache which the therapist was able to do expertly. Loved the warm towel on my back as well though missed the hot towel after the massage which I usually get from other therapists. Otherwise, nice massage.

Member for many years and have been fortunate and or lucky enough to find a masseuse that listens and helps my aches and pains.

My massage was amazing and the service was prompt.

I have been away from participating in the services I have enjoyed in the past few months. But I had built up so many services in my bank by not going - I decided to go back and get a facial with my favorite gal, Carol. She is amazing and I don't know why I waited so long. I noticed how quiet and calming the front reception area appeared. It was always so noisy...to many workers talking by the front desk, no one could relax before their service. Not this morning.The receptionist was so helpful and adorable and maintained such a sweet demeanor throughout my morning appointment. She is a real asset to the company. She set me up with future appointments for facials and massages...something I was not accustomed too previously.

My therapist, Henry, was terrific. I came in the day after running the NYC marathon. I limped in and my legs and back were hurting. When I walked out after my massage, I felt much looser and my legs felt much better.

Erica always gives a great facial. Charmaine gave me the best massage I ever had!

the original therapist I booked with had to go on medical leave, but reception was able to book me with someone else at the same time. I don't think the music was on in the facility yet. I think it was turned on half way through my appointment. I didn't realize how much I like the music/how much it helps until I didn't have it. my appointment was for 8am on Saturday.

Cecilia is very knowledgeable and gives the best facials. Virgilio has the hands of an angel and always makes me feel brand new

Charmaine was amazing! The massage was fantastic. I felt like a new person once I left her room. Absolutely fantastic!

The whole experience from booking appt to the actual appt was extremely easy.Everyone was very helpful and knowledgable. Erika provided an amazing facial as always!!!!!
