Friendly experience, clean, and the massage felt great! I like how the therapist communicated with me.

Highly satisfied because of the massage therapist. However, somewhat disappointed that I have a lot of packages due to pandemic and I wish that some of my packages could be used for products or if used for add on services that doesn't equal the monetary value that you can use for another visit, not lose the monetary value left.

My masseuse Liz took the time to ask what were my problems areas and what I did for a living to ensure that she would work on the areas that would would need a little extra tlc. Liz also made sure I was nice and warm on the massage table and asked if the amount of pressure she was using felt comfortable for me.
