The only difficulty I had was matching up my membership info with my email address. For some reason, it keeps getting confused in the system and my benefits don't pop up. The receptionist fixed it while I was there. But someone has "fixed" it before. I'm hoping that correction is permanent. I'm highly satisfied with everything else.

Uncomfortable interaction when customer service called right before a meeting at work and insisted I had a 1:45 that day as well as a 6pm for a facial. I insisted that I didn't. I was told I not only booked it this morning but also confirmed. I assured them I didnt and they wouldn't believe it. I was told a cancellation was going to cost me half a package with which I disagreed but couldn't argue because of my meeting. Upon coming out of the meeting I double checked my texts as well as my online portal appt screen and there was no mention of a 1:45 appt. I called back and once again was told that their system shows I had an appointment at 1:45. I asked to speak to a manager who told me i have two acct numbers one associated with my phone number and one associated with another number. Those werent numbers associated with any if my phone numbers. I double checked in my phone if that didnt by chance belong to my niece who shares the same name and it did, so I asked the mamager to confirm adress and it wasnt mine. This was an unnecessary aggravation that could have been prevented and the gaslighting was unreal. The worse part of this no where in the entire interaction was anyone apologetic. And that is not ok.
