I was highly satisfied with my service, both for the massage and facial, because this was my first experience, and I felt as if both aesthetician and massage. Therapist really were concerned about making me feel comfortable and valued. I will definitely come again.

The staff at the front desk were just wonderful. They were professional, knowledgeable of their company computer program and were extremely nice, welcoming and friendly. They were out of a product I wanted to purchase and called the next closest location and they had it in stock. They had them hold it so I could go pick it up. I appreciate the extra effort. Thank you!!

My massage therapist rate is the best of the best category. She not only is totally professional but both listens to what I need for my physical needs that help me with the damage my body has suffered over the years of my life and and works the areas based on her knowledge and experience to keep me in the best shape I could hope for based upon my injuries. The facility is bright and welcoming and the front desk staff members are fantastic. The greet me like I am an old friend, keep me informed, and book my appointments. They also always call me and remind me of next appointment as well as send me text messages. I look forward to seeing everyone at my spa because it is like visiting friends. I am totally sold on the Hand and Stone experience and will continue with the service for as long as I possible can.
