Kayla is just the best. She is knowledgeable and delivers excellent service every time. She is also friendly it makes me feel comfortable.

I don't see whether you have a place to tell about problems, so here it is. The online forms were not helpful. I filled out a form for my wife and one for me was not there. I tried several times to access one, but it never happened. We had to fill them out in person when we arrived. We have built up many sessions for various reasons so we asked to freeze the membership for 3 months. The forms were to be sent to us by email but once again there is trouble. I called and was told they would come again. Still had troubles. I work with computers just fine but your system needs work.

Ease of use, and no pressure sale

Kayla was an outstanding esthetician! She was very knowledgeable , gentle with my teen who had her first facial and the result was amazing ! Reception girls were very welcoming and accommodating as well !

Daisy listened to my concerns and focused perfectly in the areas I needed. She was phenomenal in making sure the pressure was good and that I was comfortable.
