The staff was very friendly and eager to assist with setting up appointments for my wife and I. The massage therapist was great however; when I booked my appointment I requested a relaxation massage. When my 100 minute massage was complete, I checked out at the front desk where I was confronted with an additional charge for a firm pressure massage. The charges were removed due to communication error.

Allen is excellent and why I come to Hand and Stone in this location. I live in Lake County! Desk seemed confused and not necessarily as usual, perhaps upset with all the virus nonsense. Bathrooms are ugly and shabby now that they have been remodeled! Waiting area dark, many lights were out! Reception chairs are too low, and uncomfortable.
