Hand and Stone

All staff took COVID-19 safety precautions. My therapist wore a mask and washed his hands several times. My massage was much needed and helped tremendously with my aches and stiffness. I have already scheduled my next appointment.

I have been seeing Daisy for a while now and love her. She's always prompt, very sweet and is always a good massage

Was very impressed with the facilities ability to reopen and make us feel comfortable after the Covid issues.

I had to call to check in for my appt and wait in my car, and it was a little after my appt time and I just walked in and the lobby was all dark with the lights off and then my massage therapist came out from the back pretty much the same time I walked in. I was told when I checked in I would have received a call and didn’t. The massage itself was very relaxing and nikia was very professional and great. I just think the check in and lights could have been in, looked like it was closed when I walked in

Sadden to not able to have 80 minute massage, 50 or 100. I am considering dropping membership for this reason and the fact I moved away.

The store was very clean and welcoming. The massage therapist was very good. However, the music piped in didn’t seem every relaxing. It was a bit loud.

My massage was excellent. Charlene listen to my preferences and preformed to my high satisfaction. Appreciate all effort they went to to make sure I knew all the steps they take to ensure health and safety.

I just wish they had more bundling packages for facials.
