The staff made it easy to check in by emailing the covid screening and consent form for me to fill out prior to my arrival. They checked me in while i was in my car and called to let me know when it was time to come in.

The staff at the location that I regularly go to is always so nice and welcoming. My esthetician, Kayla, always explains what she's doing to my face and explains how the products will feel. She is flexible to the mood I'm in whether I want a chatty session or tranquil quietness.
