Judy was great. Most of the people I’ve seen just put the products on your face and then do other tasks. I had one girl who actually left the room while I had a mask on, but Judy was hands on the entire time which is exactly how a facial should be. Excellent service.

I have been a member for several years without any recent visits. When I called in for appointment, the receptionist was very knowledgeable about the therapists and their skills. Providing that information is important. The therapist was exceptional in expertise and advice. There were no negatives at all. On a general note: personally it is easier to go continuously to one person which saves time in explanations. Whatever the company can do to reduce personnel turnover would be greatly appreciated.

Ambiance was great throughout my visit. Receptionists were friendly and efficient through check-in and check-out. Krystal did a great relaxation massage. Looking forward to my next visit.

Daisy asks every time if there are any key areas to focus on. When she does, that area feels amazing afterwards.

The masseuse I got this time was incredible. She was able to identify and pinpoint exactly where I needed the most attention. She has become my favorite and will probably only be booking with her in the future.

I was very satisfied because the girl giving my facial was so nice and just had a good attitude towards everything. The whole staff was very nice and they helped with setting me up for another appointment. Everyone was also very patient.

Staff were polite and knowledgeable. The service was excellent and therapist worked my troubled areas well. Communication with my therapist was excellent and she was very good, well trained and I would see her again.

Ron is nice, professional and polite. He worked and focused on my problem areas. He also remembered me from three months before, when I had originally discussed my problems.

Mikel is a very knowledgeable therapist. His whole bottom massage is truly whole body. He was able to find the areas that were causing me some pain, and focused on spasms in my back and shoulder.
