I love, love Molly. BUT you need to correct our website to include reserve, modify or cancel. I had to change my appointment time online for Molly and it couldn't be done. I had to call the Heathrow location.

Molly was my masseuse, and as always, she was fabulous. Because of my MS, I require special help, and Molly always provides it. She treats me like a friend while being professional. She is a treasure. Even though I get a double massage, I’m sad when it’s finished. I’ve already booked my next one. Can’t wait.

The bed warmer did not work and it was cold ink the room

Melissa always provides a relaxing professional facial. She suggests products that will be beneficial for my skin type. She is friendly and knowledgeable

I was very dissatisfied with my experience at the Waterford facility to the point I was going to cancel my membership. I had one more massage scheduled and I went back to the Lake Mary West facility. Molly is such a great massage therapist. She fully listens to my concerns and addresses them accordingly. I am told what other services are available and the respective benefits. I am not forced to anything I haven’t asked for. Because I am treated honestly and professionally at Lake Mary West I renewed my membership even though I have to drive further to get there.

My massage therapist, Allen, was able to release muscles in my lower back that had been causing lower-back pain for several weeks. He was also able to relax other areas that then resulted in popping back into proper alignment. He was caring and professional, and responded immediately to requests of more or less pressure, as well as to attacking troublesome areas from multiple directions to allow muscles to relax and release. I have already scheduled additional massages to be performed by Allen.

Mikel is the BEST! Very professional and truly gifted. Helped relieve my pain.
