Receptionist was highly knowledgeable and took the initiative to look up past locations I’ve visited to transfer any points I had accrued there to the Lake Mary location. No one has ever let me know that was an option, and/or took the time to transfer my points! Also, my massage therapist Jacqueline is amazing and worked her magic as always!!
