The aesthetician is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She is awesome! Regarding the reception area, it’s small and needs more spa-like ambience. Was not offered water.

Easy to book, friendly staff and relaxing

As usual, my therapist listened to my physical concerns and focused on those areas. She is creative, responsive, and excellent at her job! It's wonderful therapy.

My facial was very relaxing and refreshing. Kelley talked softly and only when I asked somethings I enjoyed it and my face felt amazing afterwards. My only complaint would be that I usually get a short shoulder and arm massage at most places and I did not get that at hand & stone.

Every time I have ever booked and appointment and scheduled the assistant was able to provide me with one that fits my schedule. The mesage therapists and aestheticians are all very friendly and knowledgeable. Over all I throughly enjoy each visit.

It's a good value for the money. Just wish they didn't try to sell you every time you go there. That's my only knock on the experience.
