I Appreciate the froendly reception staff, the room ambiance, the massage therapist’s professionalism and knowledge, as well as the value for the service. I’ve been a member at this location for a couple of years and remain highly satisfied overall. The convenience and ease of appointment making has also been a plus. I’ve purchased gift cards for friends and family and well as introduced friends to Hand & Stone!

Initially I was booking my appointment online it made the appointment, but then the site said it was canceled. I called and made the appointment with someone over the phone. I had to call back to cancel the appointment that went through online and then we had the correct appointment time. the massage was amazing.

The staff was very friendly. I had a wonderful experience and felt comfortable and relaxed throughout my massage and facial.

The spa was relaxing, the employees were friendly and the therapist was great

Staff very pleasant. While waiting, one rude client gave the receptionist a difficult time and very abrupt. The receptionist remained calm and just proceeded her job. Receptionist all knew their job well. You should have a relax room for customers after their service so the massage / facial therapist can explain products in a discreet way

Reception staff very friendly, Keana, the therapist, was wonderful and everything right on time.

Overall my experience was great. The therapist asked what my problem areas were and focused on those. I liked that she remembered (or had notes) that I like upper body and amount of pressure I prefer.

The front desk staff are always friendly and timely. My therapists have always been good. This last one I saw was particularly good. Her firmness and knowledge were appreciated. Overall great experience.
