I’m a regular at Hand & Stone in Lake Mary. I love the receptionists... each and every time I come in, I’m greeted, they check me out at the beginning as I prefer.. and offer me water, room temp or cold. Then there’s my massage therapist.. I’ve been with Alfredo for over 2 years and see him every other week. He is the best! Really, he always asks if there’s any areas that need special attention.. and I can’t rave enough about how FANTASTIC he is.He gives the BEST deep tissue massages!!

Everyone from start to finish was very friendly and helpful. My concerns about my skin were addressed and real world recommendations were given. This is helpful. My esthetician was down to earth and really understood my day-to-day.

therapist this time was great unfortunately therapist turnover is high, you pay for a service and no guarantee that therapist you get to know will be there if therapist is good chances are it is hard to obtain appointment with that therapist this is like hair cutters, if the beginner is good it is good, if the beginner is bad oh well
