The care given was great. I always feel/look better after my visits. I receive many compliments on my skin.

Esthetician was very gentle. She had excellent technique and made my facial very enjoyable.

Alfredo is effective, attentive, kind, and thorough at his work. He always ensures he is aware of new/changes to my problem areas. He takes care to give extra and appropriate attention to whatever problem areas I bring to his attention each visit.

How i loved coming back to Hand & Stone in Lake Mary,because of the excellent treatment i’m getting from the staffs, most especially with my favorite and i could say one of their best massage therapist and that is Alfredo.

The Massage Therapist is always punctual and very professional. She always asks if there's anywhere in specific I want her to concentrate. I always walk away very satisfied.

I remain a customer here because of my massage therapist Molly. However, getting an appointment with her has become very challenging. I wonder if any accommodation to existing clientele getting first chance at her appointment times instead of filling her schedule with anyone calling might be considered?

I was highly satisfied because the receptionist are always and my therapist was great as well. Also very friend and fixed all my needs that I had problems area on my body. But just a overall a great spa every time I visit the place.
