Hand and Stone

Reception was friendly and warm. Therapist was very attentive and addressed my problem areas.

My husband and I came into Hand and Stone for a couples massage and were immediately greeted by sweet reception staff. I had Nakiea (SP) and she was wonderful, and applied the perfect amount of pressure.. which was awesome as a first timer coming in! We both loved the experience together and it was extremely relaxing... just what we needed after months of wedding planning!

I was very happy that they were able to schedule me for a massage the same day I called. I had a severe headache and neck ache that was was almost completely gone by the end of my appointment.

Marcus was amazing, he was on time, he listened to my concerns and addressed each one of them.

I don't think I've ever felt disappointed at Hand & Stone. The only thing that may have been slightly disappointing was that I added 4 more services, foot scrub, eye brow wax, extra eye and lip glow, and extra hydrating mask but it didn't extend my appointment any, so I felt like I spent the extra money to squeeze it all into the same amount of time and got shorted the shoulder massage that I would have normally gotten. Judy was great though.... She explained everything well and pushed the products like I'm sure she's required to do. I've booked with her again for next month!

Everyone is very nice and welcoming and I like how clean and neat and calm everything is it makes me so relaxed I love looking forward to it :)
