I was highly satisfied with my experience because that it worked well around my schedule. When arrived at my location they were quick to get my appointment ready. And the environment was pleasant and soothing.

My massage therapist is fantastic. My wife and I always come in for couples massage once a month. We have such a great time conversing and being silly with our therapists!

The receptionists were busy with other customers, so I was not able to check in for my appointment. You should consider having a computer or and Ipad to do self check in. I sat in the lobby for almost 10 minutes without checking in and my massage therapist was not aware that I was already there.

Allison is just great; she asks a lot of questions, pays very close, attention, and always does me a great service. She is a jewel.

I feel that my massage therapist listens to my needs. He routinely makes sure that the pressure is appropriate. I especially loved the peppermint scalp massage.
