Hand and Stone

I always love my experience when I visit Hand & Stone Lake Mary. They make me feel special when I go in there. They really seem to take the time out to make sure my needs are met, and that I leave there feeling satisfied with my service. Above all the facility is always clean and all of the staff is always welcoming and patient.

The therapist was professional and provided a very good massage focusing on areas that I mentioned. Appointments were available when I needed to come in. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Very experienced staff all around. The massage was truly one of the best I've had in recent history. The entire facility was clean, calm and very relaxing.

Great way to end the weekend. The therapist was quick to adjust pressure when a knot was found. Walked away relaxed.

Kevin was great - very attentive to my shoulder and upper back, where I carry the majority of my daily stress. The pressure was fantastic - not hard at all -just right! He is the first masseur that I have re-booked from H&S and I actually booked the appointment at the desk! Cyara performed my facial and it was ultra relaxing, no pressure to purchase product (apparently what I'm using from Clarity is working great) and I re-booked her as well for my next facial!

Molly always makes it a wonderful experience.

Good service

I love coming to Hand and Stone in Lake Mary for my twice monthly massages. The receptionists are so friendly and always greet me by name. My massage therapist, Alfredo is fantastic. I get a deep tissue massage and each visit he inquires about any areas needed attention and what pressure I'm looking for. I can't say enough about my satisfaction..which is obvious as I've had massages at Lake a Mary for over 2 years twice monthly.
