The reception staff was kind, courtesous and very welcoming. My massage therapist, Krystal, has come to know me and makes sure I am comfortable . She is my favorite massage therapist. This is my 2nd time having Heidi give me a facial and she is very knowledgeable with the products and recognizes my facial needs. She does an excellent job and I always leave with a glowing reflection.

When I walked in the receptionist was very eager to make sure I was well hydrated and felt relaxed. She had a huge smile and answered all of my questions about the upgrades.

my massage therapist was very friendly and effective. The one thing I'm not happy about is that only 550 minutes are allotted for massage,

They are always on time. Service is from trained professionals. Value is good.

A bit disappointed in the number of times I receive appointment reminders. Between the txt message, email and phone call its a bit much. As a professional adult I only need one reminder. More than that, I feel unvalued like the company doesn't think I will show up. Please allow us the option to pick how we would like to receive a notice, then only send it once.

Judy is amazing. Absolutely the best facial around. I go to this location for Judy she is a super star.

Great staff and wonderful massage therapist. Only comment would be on music. Sometimes it is a bit "energenic" for a relaxing massage....

The therapist was friendly. She was very knowledgeable. She worked on the specific areas that I requested. 😋
