From the moment you walk in the door, you walk into this very relaxed atmosphere. While waiting the aromatherapy fragrance in the waiting room begins to relax you. Staff and massage therapist were superb very kind, caring and compassionate

Client consideration and great service

This particular Hard and Stone are very friendly and knowledgeable. The waiting room is clean. A lot of products always on the shelf, if I were to ever purchase anything.

I received a facial as a promotion but the esthetician noted my skin needed extra treatment. I loved my experience.

It was really good. The only aspect that the massage was a bit distracting was that I could hear the doors opening and closing.

Beautiful spa, everyone friendly and courteous. Wanted to ensure they accommodated my needs. I loved it, I just don’t have discretionary income to return - unless via a gift.

Facial was nice, your monthly membership price has become too high though.

Very well educated and competent therapist. Able to customize experience based on my individual needs, as I am in marathon training. Thankful for this location!
