The staff is friendly and accommodating, made me feel 'at home'! The esthetician's explanation of the various anti-aging options gave me a sense of trust and her product knowledge helped me make the right purchase for home care. I appreciated her warm and caring approach.

I was satisfied with my experience at Hand and Stone, because my treatments are always relaxing and I always see a difference in my skin. Hand and stone goes above and beyond to make sure their customers feel comfortable. I do not live in the area but they always remember who I am and how sensitive my skin is. I feel safe and relaxed with them.

The front reception knows my face and I always receive a warm welcome as soon as I walk through the door. My massage therapist always listens intently to me and does a phenomenal job. I always leave H&S feeling rejuvinated.

Suzy is awesome! She always asks if there are any areas of pain or discomfort I should focus on? I always leave feeling like a new person! She deserves a raise!!! :)

Very satisfied with the massage therapists skill level. The receptionists are pleasant, greeting me by name. The only change I would make is to dim the lighting level in the reception area. When you are awaiting your service, you are trying to get into a relaxation frame of mind and when you are leaving you are coming from a very dark environment. I would like the ability to make appointments online, as I often think about it when the shop isn't open.
