I think my therapist, Jen, is very qualified and also very professional.

I am always satisfied! No issues, if I did I would go somewhere else!

Sophia was a phenomenal massage therapist. I've been getting massages for over 10 years and she was the most knowledgeable, friendly, attentive therapist that relieved my aches and pains. She was able to find all my trigger spots- even ones I was not aware of. I highly recommend her and Hand and Stone is super lucky to have her sitting under their Lake Mary location!!! These words fall short in my comparison to my experience, speechless!

Everything was amazing. Jacqueline is fantastic.

Receptionists barely acknowledge arrival. I have to walk up to the desk and wait for them to look up to tell them my name . It was very busy with people checking out which is fine. But one lady had a lot of questions about membership and products. The only person who was helping her was the only person checking people out. There were 2 other people behind the desk. It seems having someone besides the only person checking out would be good. I was in no hurry so let 2 ladies go ahead of me.

Karyn is a fabulous therapist. I will continue my membership as long as she stays.

Allan is a great massage therapist, he was able to accomodate my requests and hone in on my problem areas like a pro. I had a headache when i came in to hand and stone, and by the time my appointment was done my headache was gone!

Great value, very relaxing. On your survey I recommend you plac e highly satisified to the far left and highly unsatisifed tot he far right on the bar. I made the mistake of ratain you badly when I meant to rate you great. Had to go back and fix once I discovered I had the system backwards.

My therapist is amazing. She does a really great job everytime. She makes it worth the visit.
