I had been very satisfied with the result. I felt my face very good

I was highly satisfied because of the massage therapist I had. She's really hard to book an appointment with though. If she leaves I probably would not keep my membership very long (unless I found someone as good to replace her, which I haven't so far). I tried to book an appt for January before I left but the schedule wasn't out yet. The receptionist said she would call me when it was available.

Consistently have had good massages here.

I have had so many issues over the past few years as a customer with booking appointments, appointments getting screwed up, etc. As a matter of fact the appointment I had for Sunday they confirmed it for a Friday and I would never make a Friday appointment. The turnover with managers and front desk staff is so high.... which means there has to be something internally wrong. I have had more issues than this will allow me to type over the years being a customer with appointments. But when I put that aside, I must tell you that Suzy on the other hand she is a rock star, if she was not at your facility, I would not continue my membership. She is fabulous. She is really the only reason I continue to keep my membership. If Suzy left I would cancel my membership, she is just that good at what she does.

Great service from booking till completion of service.

The therapist did a great job at relieving the pain I was having. She was very courteous and the staff accommodating.

The staff were friendly knowledgeable and put me right at ease.

She was able to target all my problem areas, as well as being knowledgeable and provide relief with my hip displacement.

Always very professional and personable.

Peaceful, serene environment. Calming and welcoming staff and therapist.
