Hand and Stone

The only problem I had was that when i called for an appointment I was put on hold for no less than 3 minutes which seemed like a long time. Other than that all went very well. I've had a lot of different therapists in my life and Rose continuously out performs them all. She's the best!

The atmosphere was very nice and my massage therapist did a wonderful job was my first massage and she made me very comfortable and made it a very good experience

I've had multiple massages at this location and all have been fantastic with the exception of this one. I like Hand and Stone but will just request a different therapist in the future. He was very nice but pressure was very light. When I asked for more pressure, he said he would do a little more but not to expect too much since this was a relaxation massage. Again, I'm sure he's a good therapist but doesn't fit my style of desired massage. Thank you.

Therapist did a great job of relieving my pains. She listened well and performed a great service!

I was out of town visitor to the salon. This was my first experience with Hand and Stone and loved it. Kerrie and Jared were exceptional. The staff was friendly and engaging. Great experience

The dogs barking next door is awful. To relax and hear continual dogs barking is not what I paid for a membership. The only reason I stay is for Molly. Also, now to add to the barking, the last 2 times I came the staff is laughing and talking loudly in the hallway and break room. Not relaxing at all!

I was highly satisfied with my Hand and Stone Cold experience! From the warm welcome to the therapist, things were very good! My visit was wonderful.

Therapist was nice but did not ask about the bed warmer or go over the panic button. Did not massge my feet at all and did not ask if the pressure was good. He is not my normal therapist, so I will continue my membership making sure I always get Mykel, he is the best!
