Stacy over sells an addition up charging package to “improve” the skin. I don’t see results. I told her this but she did something diamond package where it felt like a cold cat tongue which is the same feeling as microdermabrasion which I told her I didn’t like. For once I would like to go in and use one package and get a facial instead of using 3 more packages on top of the facial.

At checkout there is always a problem. I use 3 credits at a time and they always try to add on a $10-30 charge ??? When I ask what it’s for it’s something that I didn’t even receive. This has happened on more than one occasion.

I WAS and continue to be highly satisfied with my experience. I went back and did this surgery twice to make sure I clicked the correct buttons, but this page tells me I was not highly satisfied. To summarize, on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being highly satisfied, I give a score of 5. Service is always excellent! From Nicole and Kat (sic) at the front desk to Kayla doing my service, I am always felt welcome and valued as a client. The facial was ok. Not really amazing, was expecting more. The massage was awesome Joel is great. Definitely will be back with him for a 100 min massage.

The services provided was based on my packages, seems all she was interested in was using all or most of my packages, honestly i have seen any difference as of now, but it's only a couple days

Everything was great during my service itself and the checkout process. The check-in process could have been made a little more clear, I made the mistake of going to the wrong location, so it made me late for my appointment. The person checking me in did make it clear that my massage would be shortened because of lateness, and asked if I still wanted to keep my appointment. I said yes, but asked if I could just change the appointment time to the next slot, and she said "Yes, but it's still going to be shortened regardless.". That was confusing. I wish it would have been clarified that the reason my appointment had to be shortened and not moved back a slot was because there was someone coming in to see that therapist directly after me. Other than that, everything was great. Marcus and Sam were fantastic.
