I wish more time was spent on the target areas. My therapist didn’t check in much about the pressure during my massage. It was hard to relax at times.

The massage was good. The wait time was a bit longer than I expected considering my appointment was for 10 but I didn’t go to a room until after 10:10. The services are a bit expensive compared to other massage places

The office felt rushed. It was very busy. The waiting room seemed as if it was people standing on top of each other while people checked in or out.

Using two credits for my facial didn’t seem like it was worth the 120. (Cost of two credits ) will probably just stick to normal facials in the future .

I love hand and stone. They use great products and the employees are friendly and great. I wish the upgrades weren’t as expensive

It is really what I expected for that price point.

The reception area needs new furniture. There are rips in the chairs and feels run down and old. Also, most massage places offer a essential oil fragrance for a massage for free. For the amount of money you pay this should be included.

I felt that the last 15 minutes of the massage was rushed. I noticed she ended her shift after me.

I am happy with my membership at H & S. The only objection I have is being questioned on my exit regarding tipping the therapist. This is rude and totally my call and my discretion.

The actual time getting a massage is down to 45 minutes. Since you added the waiver, that has to be signed every appointment! And the price keeps increasing and you’ve started charging for lots of the perks that used to be included with the membership.
