Even at membership pricing the cost of a service with the added tip is too high for a 45-50 minute serve If membership prices increase again I will start shopping other companies

Therapist did not say 2 words once he started. The last 20 minutes I thought he was trying to kill me…a lot of discomfort with the amount of pressure.

The therapist I had previously was exceptional and set the bar pretty hard for this one to follow

Therapist was excellent Sheets were worn. Hard to relax when dogs from the unit next door are barking.

She did not do as many extractions as I would’ve liked. She spent awhile talking at the beginning of the appointment. She didn’t recommend products to use.

Too much of the appointment time is used for dressing/undressing, signing consent forms, etc. You do not get the massage time you pay for. In fact, it's more like a 30-40 minute massage.

The cryofacial process too short and the pattern she did not focus on the areas of my concern.

Every time I have a new therapist. I think the price we pay we don't get the enough service I am not highly satisfy overall

Dogs barked the entire time from the next door facility. Should not book people in the back room when it is peak “dog barking” hours. Could not relax and my therapist was wonderful. Such a shame!
