I wanted my head massaged and didn’t get that done.

Felt off guard at initial consult/conversation. I told her that I have hormonal acne, would love to clean up. She then asked what I wanted to focus on(I had just told her). I said, "Fix it?" When I wasn't interested in microderm abrasion or the masque upgrade, she commented, "You said to fix it, that's why I am suggesting that". Not cool to basically tell me that she can't address my concerns with the basic service without buying additional ones. Please ask me before assuming I want your opinion on the products I use at home. Please ask me if I'm interested in discussing upgrades or products before doing so. I also really hate that she presumed I would be interested in her product recommendations and also bringing up to cashier. Ask...you provide a service that should be tailored to me, not your sales quota

I booked an appointment for me and a friend. Requiring that you must provide an email address for each person should not be required. I feel a cell phone number should be sufficient. I was forced to provide my own email address for my friend in order to book the appointment. It caused a little confusion when checking in and checking out. I had to repeatedly tell the front desk to update my friend's profile with her own email address and to delete mine from her profile. She was too busy selling us the membership.

Again its was ok. No really any problems. Jesse is friendly and I like the massage a lot.

My massage was only for 40 minutes. I was expecting a 50 minute massage. The masseuse was knowledgeable and very nice, but was not able to massage with the firmness that I preferred.

Had a better facial with same esthetician last time. Same services provided. Nothing bad but just not as great an experience this time

Overall a fine experience. Massage therapist focused on what I said was a problem area but completely missed my lower back which, while not a problem area per se, could have used some attention

This appointment was fine, the therapist was nice. However, my previous appointment was not up to par. The therapist was very nice and wanted to do a good job. But his skill and bedside manner was not up to any standard I have experienced as far as work performance. Very rough with his massage, I like pressure but it was very rough movement wise. And very uncomfortable.

The massage table had no power. Could not have the fan on because they’re wasn’t any power. The lights kept flickering on and off and went off for a minute at one point. My therapist did bring this to the attention of the front staff and was very apologetic about it. He also made sure I got my full time even though there weee issues with the room.
