I do not need multiple phone calls asking me to purchase gift cards. Also, soooo many things to sign. I sign something at the reception desk. I sign something (two things?) in the masage room. I can't read what I'm signing....that would take too much time. Can we sign something once a year? At every single service, it becomes redudant and feel like an attorney's office instead of a spa. Plese check out the walls that abut next to the dog groomer. There appears to be something black coming up the wall from the floor to about 2-3 feet high. It's been there for many months.

We had a couples massage. My massage was fine. My husband was asked at the beginning of the massage if he would like to be stretched. He said yes. He thought it would be brief stretches but mainly a typical massage. However, the majority of his massage included stretching. So it wasn't as relaxing for him. The therapist needed to clarify what stretching entailed. I was listening and thinking I'm glad my therapist isn't doing that. Too much stretching. I thought he was at personal training. It was a bit much.

Felt as though there needed to be follow up instructions for care of skin after a cryofacial or any facial that involves dermapeels or microdermabration

My therapist only works one day a week now, so it’s hard to schedule with her. She is booked out a month in advance, so I have to wait forever to get an appointment with her.

Prefer to book online and the app doesn’t present well on an iPad. You can’t check the agreement box so you can’t book an appointment online using the iPad. This may have changed but booking a 100 minute service requires booking two consecutive appoints. If you don’t specify a provider, you can’t to this online.

Lobby needs updating, bathroom not clean/no towels, have had numerous account issues, clocks have been removed from the walls so harder to keep track of actual massage time,

I booked introductory massage logged in and added credit card for that price. After my service I was told it was significantly higher. When questioned I was just told I could spend more money and get a plan. The app should not accept the booking if you won’t honor the price. Therapist was excellent, but I am not likely to go back anytime soon.

Massage itself was very short. Was supposed to be 50 mins and it lasted on 40 even though it started with plenty of time to go the whole 50 mins slot
