Hand and Stone

Had a facial and massage booked. I got in at 830 and was cashed out and in my car at 1007. Feel like somewhere I was skimped on time. The therapists were great. Just would have been nice to get the entire 50 minutes with each treatment.

Would like the treatment room to have better aromatherapy relaxing scents in the room.

My only complaint is the amount of staff that has either left or is now going to the Hand and Stone on the other end of LAKE MARY. I have had to change therapists very often. It's frustrating when you find someone you like and then are told that they are not there anymore.

Too pricey. Can get the same service elsewhere for half the price.

I wish the pressure was a little more firm. I wish it lasted longer. I wish more products were used.

Not a fault of the facility, but heard continual barking of a dog throughout the massage, there is a dog bakery and groomer next door and the barking distracted from the normal serene massage room.

I’m questioning value of services since the monthly increase. My preferred therapist is no longer there. Cost for add-on services seems high.
