The membership fee has gotten toooo high for my budget

$70 for a 45 minute massage is too expensive. I like this location and my therapists but will be shopping around for better pricing for the same service.

My husband booked appointment originally and then I had to call to verify due to the text message system not working. I had a massage at 12noon before the facial at 1pm, therefore I was already in the room. I thought that the facial was an hour, I know that we had the initial intake for about 5 minutes. I was done, dressed and out of the room at 1:49. I know that there is time at the beginning and end of appointment for undress and redress but it seemed rushed. The facial was added on when I was verifying my massage appointment.

The prices went up pretty rapidly. I've been a member for 4-5 years. I thought that was the point of joining early to lock in my price. Then it went up last year and then again this year when you guys went corporate. $70 is very expensive compared to the other massage chains, that are still at $59 first massage. My salary doesn't go up yearly, not to match this inflation rate. And it's not like I'm seeing new beds at our location. The face rest is too big for my head. I've seen some really nice powered massage tables. So, rates went up to fast in such a short period. Another comment, I love my massage therapist, however he definitely does less than 50 min massages and I'm not late. So instead of 5 mins pre and post. No matter what time we start, he'll end 12-15 mins early. Before the half hour mark. That sucks especially when prices went up.

Massage therapist was very good, but could have spent more valuable time on requested areas. Lights were not dimmed for ambiance. Music was very loud. To no one's control, dog barking came through the wall that lessened the relaxation of the massage.

I am very satisfied. I will give 99% but no one is perfect. I can do 99.9%. Almost perfect.it was amazing though.

Not happy about another price increase…..maybe in just one year since the last one?

Please consider the sudden price increase. Does corporate even visit to see what a fantastic location and amazing staff they have at Heathrow or are they just interested in profit?

Massages at Hand and Stone are amazing. Whenever I have had a facial at Hand and Stone, it has given me the impression that the person providing the service is rushed. They don't do extractions unless it is requested and they are not as through as the massage therapists are.
