While in session I wasn't ask if the pressure was correct.

I had to fill out questions before I got to my massage and it cut into my message time which ended over ten minutes early so my 1 hour massage was actually 35 minutes. The message was great just not enough time was spent with me. If I needed to come earlier someone should have said something to me.

I walked into a very friendly environment, the girl at the front desk was very polite and professional, my therapist was amazing she was very approachable, she followed through with my concerns.

The cost is very high…

I cancelled my membership just like many people because of the pandemic. Now that I’m fully vaccinated, I signed up again but I did not qualify for new client points because I was a member before. However, all the points I earned when I was a member was nulled. I was disappointed with that.

The front desk girl was a little overwhelmed with checking me out . She was trying very hard but the phone was ringing and people were checking in She was friendly . Spa is clean

Could not notice upgrade results. Products weren’t reviewed after the session. A lot of time spent on neck massage.

I was in room 9 for my massage. The therapist, Crystal, was great. Very professional and gave a very nice massage. However, room 9 seems to share a wall with the Hollywood Hounds grooming salon. All I heard throughout the whole massage was dogs barking. It was impossible to relax. I think patrons should not be placed in that room for a massage.

You allow an hour per appt. I expect a full 45 minute massage as 15 minutes is plenty of time to turn over the room as it takes me no more than 3 minutes to II dress a redress. I have been a member for over 10 years. The 50 minute massage has turn into 40-42 minutes. $60 is too much for this amount of time.

Overall I was satisfied. Not sure why this survey thinks I wasn’t. Not as nice as a day spa but much better than massages at places like Massage Envy.
