Massage therapist did not wear a mask.

Because I’m a non member I can’t afford to be a member I feel I’m alway pushed The membership needs to be rethought as to why you only get 1 massage but have to pay for further massages a membership should be pay per month n go as often as you like n pause membership per clients request when they are showing infrequent visits and offer group discounts

Consistency between technicians is lacking. Also not much variety in facial services. Seems less of a luxury and more mechanical of a service. The staff is always so professional and friendly.

Massage was only 40 minutes not 50 min The therapist was not that good compared to others in the past Cold bed when we went in the room. The bed should have already been warming

There’s always room for improvement. I won’t be back simply because I don’t live in the area. If I did live there, I would return.

THE VALUE FOR THE COST WAS NOT IN BALANCE

I arrived 15 min early but issue with massage therapists getting notified I was there caused me to be retrieved from waiting room late. Massage timing off, some areas worked too long and others not long enough it seemed. Pressure too much for my liking but that is my fault for not mentioning it

Paid for hot stone. The stones were too hot so she added water. Then too cold. They weren't left on to radiate heat like before. Took too long in between switching stones. So much masage time wasted. Never asked about areas of focus. Therapist disappeared after I was getting dressed. No escorting to front, no water offer, nowhere to be found.

It is very expensive for a 50 minute session (more like 40 mins of massage service)

I was not told when I signed up for my membership that additional paperwork would be required. There was no option discussed for paperwork online, nor did I see any paperwork for membership online. This caused me to have to fill out the paperwork at the appointment, causing the 50-min massage to only be 30 minutes long. I don't blame the therapist at all, she has to stop by a certain time to be ready for her next appointment.
