The massage therapist worked on my back which was satisfactory but when I turned over she only spent about 10 minutes on front and really didn’t do deep massage or detail. It was more of experience of swedish

I was overall satisfied with Hand and Stone. It’s difficult to assess highly satisfied. I enjoyed my experience and intend to return.

Everything was good. The actual time of the massage is 5 minutes less than I expected. Obviously that increases the cost. I missed many appointments due to COVID. tried to reduce my obligations but found limited flexibility. I didn’t want to walk away from a significant deposit.

Two things: although polite and courteous the receptionist was unable to explain the purpose of the arbitration form. Also one of the staff workers behind the desk had a really bad cough which made me somewhat uncomfortable. Otherwise very good experience.

As a member for approximately 9 years, I've been fairly regular with services. I realize everyone is short-staffed but it seems so very difficult to book a massage these days, especially with the more popular therapists. Unless booked at leaving the appointment, it is so hard to get in. I also wish the extra charge for deep tissue was waived for members.

When my therapist gave me a massage he did my feet. I am ok with it but he did not wash off my feet first. Then he massaged my legs which is ok, but moved to my neck. Please tell him he can't do that without washing his hands.

Too much restrictions on your programs......and who can use the visits.

My massage therapist wasn’t consistent. She didn’t give the same treatments to both sides of my body, and there were parts she skipped entirely.

I feel this site has relaxed their COVID protocol inappropriately, given the recent surge in our area

First time experiencing a facial. Did not like how sticky my face felt after facial. Will never get another facial. Will continue with my massages, they are great.
