i think you should require your employees to be vaccinated--for their safety and for the safety of your customers. just as though you were a medical facility. you staff gets that close to people

I did not think to ask upon making appointment if the technician was vaccinated. When I asked her it was a strong....no I am not...then later Stephanie told me she does not plan on getting it as it doesn't do much.....are you kidding? I would hope you would not let people work here who are not vaccinated and I had no intake form nor did anyone ask if I was sick....which means anyone with Covid could come in have a service? I wanted to make another appointment but now I dont know.....

My therapist tried having a conversation with me and I really don’t want to talk during a massage. I’m there to relax!

Venus was excellent, the massage was so relaxing and she spent time focusing on the areas of concern for me. I definitely will request her again when I come back down to Florida in June.

Massages are rarely the full 50 minutes; they are routinely 3-5 minutes short in order to turn over room and keep on schedule. I feel cheated out of my full time expected.

The room was cold and when I asked if they could increase the temperature, they only increased the table heat- which didn't help. I wished there had been a blanket- or warmer linen to add weight and heat during massage.

While the massage was good the techinque used on my neck shook my head around more than I've ever experienced in the past and caused my vertigo to act up. And while the therapist did ask how the pressure was, it wasn't until he flipped me over and was already done with my back and legs. Don't get me wrong, the massage was fine, just not great.

There's nothing wrong with the overall experience, It's always difficult to get an appointment time that I prefer since my schedule is very tight. I had to call 3 different locations to be able to get a time that worked for me. I was highly satisfied with the therapist and the friendliness of the staff. I would prefer you carried products that I couldn't find in local retail stores (and I'm not fond of Clarity)

Appointment was made for dermal infusion facial; however, I was informed when treatment began that equipment was broken. I received a microdermabrasion treatment instead. This was no fault of the aesthetician and she was extremely apologetic. Aesthetician is wonderful. I was disappointed that I could not receive the dermal infusion treatment that I had been looking forward to.
