The overall feel of this location is disorganized. While most of the staff is friendly and helpful, this location has lost its sense of professionalism and commitment to the customers. I was not notified that my therapist had been changed after I made the appointment. This created an awkward encounter with the therapist who helped me. Although I felt a little less than appreciated as a customer, the massage was excellent. The experience was much like going to an excellent doctor even though their bedside manner was lacking. At the end of the checkout process another customer was escorted out to stand directly beside me without asking them to wear a mask. It was not safe or professional. I am only willing to write this review because we enjoyed this location for many years and hope it will soon be a place we can comfortably return to.

It was my first visit so while I found the massage to be relaxing, I am reserving my judgment for future massages for further evaluation.

Therapist was very good. I would’ve been very satisfied had she spent more time on the area mentioned that i preferred to have more attention paid to. Now granted, the areas were my quads, glutes, and lower back. I have lots of muscle in my quads and glutes, maybe she felt uncomfortable in these areas, idk. These areas are very tight and needed more attention. Overall though, the massage was good

I wish I would have found Marques much much much sooner! The last 2 times I have had my massage with him, I felt like a noodle leaving. Thank you very much!

I never give the best rating on anything. There is always something that can be improved. This time it was fine but that may not be the case next time.

Sophia was very attentive to my specific areas that needed extractions. After the extractions she made sure my face was comfortable and the inflammation went down. Any questions I had about my service were answered. she is super nice :)

Last 2 visits were with a new massage therapist. No explanation was given when I showed up for appt with previous massage therapist and was told she was no longer there. Luckily they had a therapist available to cover my appt time.

Whenever I call I ask for a specific day or time and they always recommend one I didn’t ask for before checking what I’m requesting. Example-I ask: may I have Thursday morning. Response: We have some tomorrow if that’s better for you. -More than just that time. I feel like could be done better/differently. It’s happened about 4-5 times that they tell me about another appt before they check what I’m calling to book. It would make more sense to check what I’m asking for then recommend another time or day if they don’t have what I’m asking for. Also I’ve been canceled last min a lot. I run a business so I understand things happen however it’s happened more than I thought was normal.

I was more confused as I did not know all of my options before booking like aromatherapy as well as a facial and other types of massages.

When I made my appt the receptionist told me I could use points for the upgrade to Deep Tissue massage. Then I was asked to pay for that upgrade after the massage. When I pointed out what I was told, I was told that that wasn’t possible. The supervisor finally stepped in and approved it. I think it’s ridiculous that we have to pay for an upgrade of that nature. I am disappointed that everything seems to be an upgrade. For that reason I have cancelled my membership after 10 years.
