Hand and Stone

While everything was wonderful for my experience I don't usually rate perfection. This time I was taken late for my facial.

Great service and staff. I can’t anything standing out as exceptional.

Scheduling is always easy. Everyone is always friendly. The place is always really clean. My facial was great. I was really relaxed and at ease during the whole thing. Overall great service.

I had a gift card I was going to use, but it was for a different location. I think if you have a gift card you should be able to use it on any hand and stone location.

I am no longer comfortable when I go to Hand and Stone. I have been a member for more than 8 years and get massages regularly. I am not satisfied with being upsold every time I go there and being told there are upcharges for everything except a basic massage or basic facial. The pricing strategy and the way it is handled is not customer friendly. Sometimes I walk out of a massage and am told that I have to pay addiitional money and I am not sure why.

My wife purchased a 50 min massage for me. I entered the facility at 7:45 and got back in my car at 8:35. I figured the massage would last 50 min, not include my in take and check out. My massage literally lasted about 30-35 mins. Jimmy did a great job. Just wish I received what I paid for, a 50 min massage.

I was given a GC which stated on the envelope good for a 50 min massage or Classic Facial. After my facial, the receptionist told me I had to pay add'l $40 since I'm not a member. I showed her the GC envelope which stated good for a 50 min massage or Classic Facial. She said I needed to join and I said no, read the envelope. She finally said "as a courtesy, she'll give me member pricing". It's not about member pricing; I was given a GC for one of two services which was clearly stated on the envelope. I was very dissatisfied with how this was handled and will not return to that location. Thanks.

When booking the massage I asked for a female therapist. I was given a male instead. They told me so sorry but we are all booked up.

I felt like she overcharge me for what she perform. It cost me 2 packages plus $30 more. Joy seems to like to do very little for a lot more money.

the reception area has broken thermostat. the temperature is freezing. the office looks run down, needs to be updated or fixed up.
