I have been going to H & S for years now. I so enjoy my massages, however, I always hesitate to book facials because I am always given a hard sell to buy products. I continue to tell - and repeat, I am not interested and I am under a Dermatologist care of products. It is a real turn off that they continue to push! It has happened with family members too. They have stopped going to H & S for facials.

The room was very cold and it kept me from relaxing. My therapist did not meet me outside afterward. The receptionist did not inquire if I wanted to schedule my next massage.

Person at front desk is slow and not knowledgeable when I asked about booking on line

There was no fragrance used with the massage oils
