Occasionally, the 100-minute massage is only 90 minutes although the therapist is EXCELLENT so I do not complain. The accounting of massage packages used is not always accurate and difficult to reconcile.

The staff was friendly and they listened to me and my concerns. In doing so they were able to modify my services to address them. While the products are expensive, I felt trusting enough to try them.

Rachel did an excellent job and gave a great massage.

The client and the massage therapist in the room next door were talking so loudly I could hear every word of their conversation.

My massage therapist was not very welcoming, seemed she had kind of an attitude. The massage and pressure was great. At end, didn’t say how you feel, just left out towel and left room. Didn’t wait outside to ask how I felt or walk me out. Didn’t see her after at all and didn’t even give me a business card with her hours or anything like every other time I had been there. Not very personable

When making an appointment, I was asked to stay in the car and call to check in. When checked in over the phone they said they’ll call me. It wasn’t clear if they’d call my cell or I needed to go in and wait to be called by masseuse. 5 minutes into the appointment I walked to the door and waited outside to be called. I wish it was made more clear what I needed to do after checking in - wait in the car, walk to the door and wait outside, walk in. Time of me trying to figure out the next step ran into my session time. I couldn’t arrive earlier because I made appointment at the last minute. So making check-in process more clear would be very helpful and cause less stress. Also, I would like to have received check in during the massage about the pressure.

My regular therapist is Eugene. I get deep tissue massage from him regularly. He was not available. I have large deep bruises all over my back and knots in my glutes. I think she is new to massage and perhaps needs more training. She was a lovely person and otherwise did a good job.

I felt not everyone enforced the mask policy

I feel like things are pushed on me too much. Retail mostly. This past time I didn’t but almost every other time I do or feel like I’m only there to sell to instead of just having an option without pressure.

Apt started late and finished on normal time... so I was only given a 40 min massage
