I think being satisfied is good enough.

The cost of "add-on" services on top of the $59.95 regular facial charge is rediculous. I should get my 50 minute facial in addition to the add-on services. Being on a monthly charge plan on really a rip off, especially when there is no noticeable difference in me face. Going to a dermatologist for treatments may be a better option for my money.

Seems like staff are under pressure to push priduct on clients and to price things such that clients always pay more out of pocket than intended (additional funds along with multiple packages). Comes across as shady and creates lack of trust in staff by clients.

The steamer was a little to warm, I asked that it be moved back from the table a little. Treatment was good and just a little to much of up selling. Used three packages and still came out of pocket for product that I wanted and one that I didn’t want was not purchased. Over all the session was great and staff wonderful.

Services performed were accommodating. Aesthetician and Massage Therapist - Great Job I did not feel comfortable with Receptionists

Massage was good and therapist was nice, just was missing something and wanted a little more. Although overall very happy with what I received.

I saw a massage ' new ' therapist arrive with out a mask

I will be out of the area for a period of time. Therefore, not able to have a service until August or September. Beverly is sweet. I had Krystal H for my massage. She is fantastic!!! Will look forward to seeing her again.

Massage was too short and the ability to get a massage was too limited

I was very satisfied with my hand and stone visit. Would suggest allowing clients to choose their own relaxation music during the visit.
