My daughter booked this to treat me. I thought it was a good experience and I felt relaxed afterward. Maybe at another visit to my daughter’s we might schedule an appointment

The price for what I got was not great. Kayla was nice and the massage was great but I wanted more things done to my face for the price.

My first massage with Jesse and I was not comfortable. I asked for relaxing and the pressure was too much so I couldn’t relax.

Felt pretty pricey

Overall, the service for the price is good; however, I would not recommend a couple of the massage therapists I’ve had over the last year. I’m sure it’s difficult to staff only the highest skilled therapists. Also, I took a guest with me recently and he received a very hard sell upon leaving, which was embarrassing and inappropriate.

Most often massages are 45 minutes and not 50 minutes as advertised because 10 minutes between appts is not enough time. You should allow 15 minutes and not short the customer time by 5 minutes.

The therapist that I had been seeing for quite a long time, Jacqueline, left for maternity leave. She without a doubt was excellent with her knowledge and expertise. Since her departure I’m yet to find a therapist that helps with my issues as well as she did. She is greatly missed by my entire family.

I did not receive any extractions during my facial. I would have liked the esthetician to have asked me if I had wanted them.
