Hand and Stone

Want the small bottle water back! I do not take the water because I don't walk/balance well and I am afraid I will spill it. Access to see my points. Never explained well how I can spend them. More explanation was given to my daughter on her points and how to use them and less on mine. I wanted to use some points for cold stone and seemed I could not so I did not add the service. I spend a lot of money with hand and stone and I am frustrated on not knowing how many points or plans I have and how to use them. Would like to know before I arrive instead of relialing someone to try to explain while trying to upsale.

Only 2 therapists did a great job, most others do a mediocre job and a couple gave terrible massages.

Judy was wonderful and the facial was the best I’ve had there so far. I appreciate that while I had a mask or product on that needed time she would massage my shoulders and neck area. In my past experiences here the aesthetician would either do other things around the room or even leave the room. The only reason I wasn’t highly satisfied is because I did notice some scratches on my face from the Dermal Infusion later that day. I did reach out to reception and they put me in touch with another aesthetician who said that this can happen and she provided options to help heal faster.

I have very sensitive skin, and I was worried some products would irritate :/

Misinformation about a special that I received in my email.

The overall feel of the check in/check out process was much friendlier and relaxed during previous visits. We started going to this location after months of avoiding it due to its stressed desk staff. They were on the right track to providing a relaxing environment but now have changed again. This is definitely stress passed down from management and is not at some other locations.

I was Highly Satisfied with my experience.

I was highly Satisfied. There was a misunderstanding when asked “area to focus”. I did not realize that was going to be the only spot the therapist would massage for the whole 50mins. Next time I won’t specify. I enjoyed my massage very much so!

I don’t feel like the cost of my facial was worth the outcome. I feel like it should feel like 100$ if it took 100&. It took 2 of my packages & when I got home I could clearly see pores that should have been extracted.
