This happens at all my facials -- the esthetician tries to sell me additional services and procedures during the initial evaluation. I have usually had a massage already and am relaxed. Now I have to deal with saying No, just give me a normal facial without these additional treatments and procedures. For once, I would like to enjoy my facial without having to deal with the hard sells. This is true at both locations I visit, with multiple estheticians.

The reciption area is very busy. The counter is sometimes very unstaffed taking the time to check out much longer then needed. The products also work but they dont make a tremendous difference but they are still very good.

I came early for my appointment and was welcomed when I got there. I waited a few minutes and then when one of the receptionists was not busy I asked if I could pay in advance. The reason for wanting to do this was because more often than not, I have to wait to check out after my massage for way too long. It is frustrating to not be able to leave when I am done. She said after she was done checking everyone in,event though she was not helping anyone at the time. I said that it would be time to go into my appointment by the time she was done checking everyone in, even though there was no one in front of her except me at the time. Her answer was that she agreed that would probably be the case. This issue and the fact that it is really questionable if there will be a place to park in that parking lot when I arrive. I often drive around for quite a while before I find a spot. The therapist I saw was great!

I was highly satisfied with my therapist. I was only there because of her. I would't go to anyone else. My dissatisfaction with a "membership" is the requirement to pay monthly and be obligated to go monthly. I want to go when I want to, and pay when I want to.

The last two times checking out have taken a long time, far longer than necessary. The first time on Feb 8 there was only one receptionist and several customers backed up., so I had to wait quite a while. On March 29 the receptionist didn’t seem to know what she was doing , couldn’t answer my question about when my packages were used and had to refer me to another receptionist where I had to wait quite a while as she was helped ing someone else and then took a business related call.

They didn't get me in on time and my massage was only 35 minutes. Disappointed. Receptionist rude about my 10 and 13 year old being in lobby so they left because felt uncomfortable

I was HIGHLY satisfied with the services, the knowledge, the attention, and results. I was only dissatisfied with check out. There is always pressure to buy products and a monthly membership. I will return as I truly appreciate the people who provide the massage and facial. It is my hope that you will rethink your business model at check out.

The service was good. It met my expectations. But, it did not exceed my expectations, there was nothing special about the service, it was average priced and average service.
