The aesthetician, Dharma did a great job, but she was very chatty. I told her and the staff I was tired and was up early for a morning flight. I was hoping for a relaxing experience. Although Dharma did a great job on my face, it would have been a much better experience if she cut the chatting in half. She spoke the whole time I had my face mask on (and I couldn't even respond!).

My esthetician was very nice. But Ive receive facials in the past where I’ve experienced amazing facial massages whereas I felt that my esthetician did not Do one. Where as other people in my group did get one. So that upset me a little.

The receptionist was busy with a client checking out. She never even checked us in. We arrived 10 minutes early and after 15 minutes of waiting while she continued to talk with the client exiting, one of the therapists came out and got my partner - 5 minutes late at this point. The receptionist still never even acknowledged me and I sat there for another 5 minutes until my therapist came out looking for me. This is 10 minutes after my appointment time. My therapist compensated for the time but I think the carelessness of the receptionist is disappointing. If we encounter this on a regular basis, then frankly, we will go elsewhere.

Was satisfied until checkout, because of the receptionist trying to sell another package "that day only". Left stressful bacause of that

The only missing element of my facial was that there was no massage involved. Generally, the facial includes an upper body massage.

I used a gift card for my visit. There was a lot of confusion regarding what the gift card was for, despite having an electronic record. Also, when checking out, I was asked to join the monthly club and when I declined, I was somewhat badgered about it and asked 2 more times. It was uncomfortable and definitely tainted the relaxing experience.

The only thing I wish is that the front desk staff would not discuss their sales progress while people are waiting. We're trying to get away from stress and the discussion of dollars and how many sales are made makes one feel like that's the true purpose, not the idea that its a place we can come for relaxation and relief. It's disingenuous.

The receptionist who helped me was very helpful and friendly but the other receptionist was not helpful or friendly when the lady helping us asked her a question

Thought about adding a service with my points but was told I could only get hot stone. I use to be able to get hot towel foot massage. Use to get points for Want bottle water back. Cooler water served in a cup is not convenient or comfortable to transport. Would like to be able to see packages and points myself with an online account. Use to get points for doing reviews but don't think I do anymore. Not many ways for me to get points anymore. I don't like that or think it is fair for a long time loyal customer.
