In general I think prenatal massages should cost the same since you get less pressure and they skip certain areas. They don't even have the belly pillow. Just regular pillows. Also I think aromatherapy should be included. I also don't think they should cut your massage time if you're a few minutes late! That's so stressful, then half the time during massage I'm wondering if going to get full 50 mins... Defeats the whole purpose of a relaxation massage.

Mimi is exceptional. I’m so glad I found her! I find the checkin/checkout process sometimes long, as everyone is arriving and leaving at the same time. Being able to expedite this in some way would help. Also parking can be a nightmare, which isn’t really your issue but it does lower satisfaction level a tad. Lastly, not all guests seem to obey the “spa voice” rule, which sometimes interrupts my relaxation process.

The 2 receptionists were too busy to check me in and as a result the appointment started late. I had called to say I might be late, but I made it there on time and felt ignored in the reception room. My therapist was awesome and worked into her lunch break to make sure I had the full time.

Some therapists are like, wow, that was awesome. Others are okay. I still liked the experience but this last time I didn’t feel like wow, that felt awesome. Nothing bad though. I still love Hand and Stone.

Both the massage therapist and aesthetician were wonderful. The only complaint was the location of the massage. I was in room 9, the couples massage room. Throughout the majority of the massage you could hear the dogs barking from next-door. I forgot to mention that to the staff before I left. I’m sure there isn’t much that can be done about that, but it made it a little hard to relax. Other than that, services and staff were great.

Waited for the therapist to return over 5 minutes after I laid on the bed

Their girl did a good job. It just wasn’t mind blowing.

Checking out and booking my next appointment took way too long. :( was starting to feel stressed after my lovely relaxing massage!

I was not made aware that there was a price increase in the massage cost.
