I was satisfied. It was a great massage.

I am not satisfied with your tables. I was not Comfortable. She didn’t ask. They should always ask. I had to tell her and she told me well he let person was bigger. No she should didn’t ask. I have a little neck issue and now I need another massage to feel better. I feel worse now. Your table should have the hole in the table not separated. I’m so sore in my spine now. NExt time if it’s not right I’m not paying I go to relax not to get injured.

My masseuse was not that good. Besides Jacqueline and Tina I haven't found any good one. I had a gentleman once who was very good, cant remember his name.

The massage therapist was very good, but I thought I was getting my regular one who knows more so where to concentrate. It was my mistake mixing up names.

I was highly satisfied with all except for when I had presented an email I received for my birthday, it did not match what the location told me they offer. The receptionist told me that they will honor the coupon and that should have been the end of it, I realized it was from a different location...but someone, must have been the manager, came out from behind the wall and asked to see my phone (which the coupon was on). I gave it to her and she was very demanding that they will honor it, but they will not honor this again(apparently it was from the previous location I went to). I felt it was incredibly unnecessary, since the receptionist had already agreed to accept it and I was already aware that I had made the mistake. Trust and respect your staff, don't interrupt them or second guess them in front of customers.

When I got out of both services- massage and facial I was completely relaxed. The front desk receptionist was overly pushy in the "package" deal - and almost completely ruined the experience because it was done after my services and not before.

My membership was billed at the couple rate of 59.95 but the brochure states 49.95 as the rate.

Confusion with upgrade services requested over the phone and what was listed for appointment at check-in. Would have liked itemized receipt. Hard up-sell during facial, not a relaxing way to finish a spa day.

Very nice service, on time and easy to book.
