The small stones that I have frequently gotten in the past is no longer available, or at least that's what I have been told. I'm not sure because once in the past there was a new employee that told me it was not offered, but then was corrected by another employee who knew how to enter it. There seems to be a pretty high turnover rate with front employees.

I really didn't know what to expect from receiving my services, simply because I was already in pain and trying different methods for relief.

Everything was great, but they forgot to give me the promotional gift card for the Labor Day special. That’s the second time that’s happened and I had to call the next day to make sure they would honor it. Other than that, great experience

Ten minutes between appointments is not enough so often times massages are a few minutes shorter than 50 minutes. I have been a member over 5 years and have experienced with with servers different therapists.

My regular therapist was away due a family emergency. The therapist I worked with was very friendly and helped me relax. However she did not have the skills I regular therapist has.

This has happened to me twice. The receptionists are in such rush when they're processing payment in their computer. They should repeat back to the customer to verify. One time, I already paid my therapist her gratuity. When the receptionist asked me if I need to add gratuity to my credit card, I told her I gave my therapist cash tip but the receptionist accidentally entered to add 20 percent gratuity on my card after I just told her. I had to remember to keep checking my credit card bill to make sure I got reimbursed which was an inconvenience. Another time, I booked my next massage and it was supposed to be free because I earned enough points to redeem one. When I checked out, the receptionist asked if I have package to pull and I told her I have rewards points to claim, but she already checked me out and pulled the package anyway. She said it was not entered correctly when the appointment was booked. But why bother asking me and then do something different? It's very irritating and it kind of ruins a nice relaxing massage. They need to double check and take a minute to make sure they are entering the correct information.
