Not use to haggling sales approach from receptionists to upgrade to membership. Therapist was helpful, but not use to male therapist.

Even though my ethnologist provided me with a skin care treatment, microdermabrasion and LED, my relaxation time was cut short by 30 minutes. No heat was applied to open my pores, and the facial session consisted of cleansing and then movement right to microdermabrasion.

I booked back to back appointments. Massage and facial, after my massage I was told they did not have me scheduled for a facial.

Haven't been offered with a glass of water while waiting the procedures but on the very end the receptionist was too much persistent and even pushing with "become a member" program. Didn't like that.

I was previously a member and the cost of the membership increased. I'm not sure if I consider it as much of a "necessity" due to the price.

Therapist was late but still gave me full massage time

The receptionist claimed to call me to change appointment to an earlier time because of cancellation but concluded she dialed wrong phone number. My appointment started late and ended 10 mins. early

Scent of products used was not as soothing as I have experienced elsewhere. Music was not as relaxing as I would like. Therapist movement was not as fluid as the best ones i have had

I enjoyed the experience, and my aesthetician was very friendly and professional. However, from the second I walked in, I felt a huge push to buy the products. I felt like I was on a sales pitch to join the monthly club, and everyone was pushing products. I rarely get a chance to get out of my house, and when I finally do, I felt pressured to spend money on products and regular services. I understand that you have to run a business, it would just be nice to have a day at the spa without having to feel the stress of a sales pitch over and over. Also, I mentioned that it was my birth month, and there was an advertisement on the Facebook page about getting a gift. I was told that I had to join the monthly club to receive it. Upon arriving home, there was a $10 off next service in my inbox - which would have been nice to use, since it was my birth month anyway. More push to commit and buy things.

I had a gift certificate for a massage or facial. Yet, when I checked out she said if I didn't get a membership it would cost me $50 even with the certificate. I've used certificates before and that never happened. I understand there was an upgrade for deep tissue but not $50.
