I was very happy with the service.

I have been a member over 5 years. You advertise 50 minutes massages but most often most therapists only give 45 minutes in order to have time to change linens etc. this is false advertising. Have heard same complaint of others clients.

Originally discontinued my membership because Esthnetician left. Was not told I had 2 gift cards on the balance nor told I would lose my points. When I reactivated membership because Esthnetician returned, I was not told that I would be paying an increased membership fee of $10 until AFTER the membership renewed and services rendered.

I had a food experience with my facial at hand and stone. But I felt that the lady was trying to sell every product every minute. Also that she was selling me every single product that she used. I understand that it is the job, but I feel it is helpful to included the products but not recommended every single one. It didn’t feel it was perosnal. Also the price of the microdermabrasion is ok, but get get expensive when it is a 40 additional charge.

The session seemed to go by quickly

The issue I have is that the 50 minute massage is only 45 minutes. The therapist explained that the policy is to stop at 10 minutes till the hour so you can get dressed. I don’t think 5 minutes to undress and 10 minutes to dress is necessary. I would like 50 minutes of massage.

I responded to an email special recv'd on my computer 3/13/18 "Member for a Day!" to enjoy Member pricing on a one-hour Massage or Facial" for Member price "49.94". However, when checking out I was told that I owed the full facial price $89.95 so paid that price. When I told the hostess the price I booked at on the computer was $49.95 she insisted I was wrong so I paid the full price. I think the fact I booked the facial on line at the price of $49.95 should have been noted in my booking record. Judith G. Cohen

Was told by the esticiian that there would be no extra charge for the peel or cold stone facial do to extra visits I had not used but was charged $25.00. Would not of okayed if I was told that upfront
