A facial is never the price of the monthly listed price. Anything that is specific for my skin costs me a second month cost or out of pocket and I don't get any more time and then I don't get a massage or any relaxing treatment, I just pay more for a quick additional treatment that doubles the cost and still in under an hour. If paying for extra treatments we should get more time and still get a massage, etc. to feel like paying extra is worth it. A massage is a massage, you get what you pay for and don't feel like I am going to lose a month on another facial or massage or now have to pay out of pocket but feel like I really did not get a relaxing facial as they have to add more into the short period of time. Hope that makes sense.

My regular massage lady called in sick that day, but nobody called to tell me that there would be a substitute. I might have rescheduled my appointment had I known, but that decision should have been up to me. The substitute had good pressure in the beginning, but for some of the massage I couldn't even feel the pressure. The oil used ended up smelling like makeup that had expired. My daughter told me that I smelled like baby puke later on that day, so maybe the oil in room 6 is not good oil anymore. I've never smelled like that coming out of there before. This experience doesn't affect my overall opinion of H&S, but my experience that day was not my best there...and I almost think that I should get a redo for that one.

Everything about this place is really great. However, my one concern was that the prices were raised and i didn't remember this ever being mentioned to me. It's a very relaxing experience but I no longer feel the value is worth how much it is per month plus the price of tip.

we got to the spa about 15 mins early because it was my husband first time and we needed to fill out some paperwork, however we got in the door and 2 ladies were at the front desk, did not say a word to us, we sat down it took them several minutes before they asked if we were checked in and we were the only ones there, it was not like it was crowed and they just missed us. was very displeasing.

The front desk staff is always confused not sure if it is systems or training. Always have to remind them of things on billing, they always quote the wrong price or can't keep track of what services I have or are entitled to. Always extra work from the customer it is frustrating wish it was seem less. You obviously have my information, my history and what I should or should not have so use it correctly.

Chris was an excellent massage therapist. I suppose it was because they asked me what type of massage I wanted and asked if I want to deep tissue. I told him yes I would like deep tissue and they never mentioned that it would be an extra charge. So after the massage I was charged extra. I think they should mention that before hand. Aside from that it was a very good experience.
